As soon as we receive your order we will process it immediately.  We are unable to to cancel your order once it is received since we process them as soon as it is received.

We do not accept returns or refunds.  Some of our items are custom made for the customer therefore we do not accept them returned.

If your item is received damaged or defective in any way it will be replaced with the same type item that you originally ordered.  Please call as soon as your item is received if it is damaged or defective and we will discuss how to proceed from there.

Shipping

We currently ship US Mail.  Shipping is not refundable.  If you request alternative shipping please call to arrange in advance.  You will be required to pay these additional charges.
